No, there are no charges or fees for using the POS terminal. It is completely free.

Once your request is approved, your terminal will be delivered either by your GTBank account officer or a logistics representative, especially if your business is in a remote location.

You can request a terminal through your GTBank account officer or relationship manager. If you’re unsure who that is, simply apply online via this link. A representative will reach out to you within 24 business hours.

To qualify, you need a GTBank settlement account and should process an average monthly transaction volume of at least ₦7.5 million.

Transfers: Settled instantly to your Squad account and swept to your GTBank settlement account the next day as a lump sum.

Card Payments: Settled by default to your GTBank account the next business day in a single batch.

If a transaction is approved on your terminal or Squad dashboard, the funds will be settled into your account. For failed transactions where the customer was debited, the customer should contact their issuing bank or file a complaint here.

No. All POS terminals are required to settle into a GTBank account.

Terminals are usually pre-configured before delivery. If configuration is needed, please reach out to help@squadco.com

You can view transaction statuses directly on your terminal. For a comprehensive history, log into your Squad dashboard for more details.

Yes. Staff can view transactions on the terminal. For broader access, you can assign user roles via the Squad dashboard, allowing selected team members to view transaction history based on the permissions you've granted. This can be done from your merchant settings.

The default terminal PIN is 1234, unless it has been changed. If you've forgotten your PIN, please contact our support team at possupport@habaripay.com.
After approval, terminal delivery typically takes between 1 to 4 business days, depending on your business location.
